Dr. Debra Wantuch

Dr. Debra Wantuch earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Queens College and her Master of Science Degree from Columbia University, Teachers College.  She obtained her Doctorate in Audiology from AT Still University in Mesa, Arizona.

Dr. Wantuch has over 25 years of experience in the field of audiology.  She was Corporate Director of Speech and Hearing at St. Lukes/Roosevelt Hospital for 10 years and later worked as an audiology consultant in a variety of healthcare and rehabilitation centers and hospitals. She has extensive experience working with the elderly in long term care facilities.  Dr. Wantuch joined the staff of Boro Audiology in 2013 and specializes in difficult hearing aid fittings.

In her spare time, Dr. Wantuch is founder and president of an animal rescue organization called “Give Me Shelter Project”.

There was a bit of a bumpy start, but once I had the right audiologist and hearing-aids suited, I left pretty happy with my new hearing model. I've worn hearing aids all my life, and finding an understanding and patient audiologist is not easy. Ask for Debbie if you choose...

Efficient staff that listens and helps with any questions that they know information too. Dr.Oyiborhoro is a hard working, honest man; he cares about his patients and them being healed, money isn't his priority. His traits are hard to find in most doctors .
